Residents who have more severe heating needs can get help from the Welfare Support team on 01225 477277 https://beta.bathnes.gov.uk/apply-welfare-support and it would be really helpful if you could pass this message on, especially if some residents don’t have internet access.
B&NES Council do not receive many requests for help with kerosene or solid fuel and they know that it’s a huge expense for some households.
