Parish Hall - Hire Information

The Ubley Parish Hall is available for hire for community activities as well as private functions. The hall is a modern building which is managed by the Ubley Parish Hall Management committee who continually ensure that the building and facilities are maintained and upgraded when required.

The Hall has four major facilities which are:

  • The Main Hall which is approximatly 18 meters by 8.5 meters with enough height for even the most energetic badminton game. The hall has 24 x 8 place tables (1830mmx760mm), 8 x tables (760mm x 760mm) and 150 chairs (101 burgandy, 50 grey). Movable staging is also available if required. We also have a large selection of cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses that can also be hired if required.

  • The Committee Room is ideal for hiring for meetings or smaller group activities.  There is a smaller kitchen available here for making teas and coffees.

  • The fully stocked Bar which is alongside the Main Hall but separated and can be hired with the hall or not if not required

  • The Kitchen which contains and oven and gas rings, fridges, freezers and plenty of work surfaces.
